YMCA Camp Kitchikewana is located on Beausoleil Island in Georgian Bay Islands National Park. Camp “Kitchi” is an overnight camp that offers traditional summer programming. One-week sessions are available for campers aged 6–9 and two-week sessions are available for campers aged 7–14. Leadership positions (ages 15–16) and volunteer positions (16+) are also available. The camp offers a variety of skills, instruction and outdoor activities for campers to take part in and enjoy!

Each year, REACH reserves a set number of spaces at program delivery partners’ locations across Ontario for children and youth who require 1:1 support in order to participate in recreational programming and/or attend camp. There are two steps to the REACH registration process:

    1. For both new and returning participants, it is necessary that REACH be contacted prior to registering for programs at our partners’ locations. A REACH Program Coordinator will then help guide you through the program selection process. Following this, your space will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
    2. Once the participant’s space is reserved and confirmed at a partner’s location through REACH, the next step is to register with the program delivery partner and to pay all related fees.
