Transparency and Accountability

We know that financial transparency will help preserve the very important trust each donor and supporter places in us and our work. Additionally, and no less importantly, conduct that is accountable and transparent earns trust internally too, and creates a positive workplace culture. Earning this trust goes beyond what the law requires. The aim of accounts and reports is to provide a clear picture of our activities and financial position, illustrating that we manage our finances well. The annual report is also an opportunity to describe our work, and define our aims and activities clearly both to the public and to funding bodies. As a charitable non-profit, we embrace the values of accountability and transparency, not only as a matter of legal compliance, but as a matter of ethical leadership as well.
